The Sacred Heart Knights will be back in action tonight for a sub-state semifinal game against the Hutch Trinity Celtics at 8pm.

The Knights enter this game at 15-3, fresh off a 76-28 round one blowout of Bennington while the Celtics come in at 14-7 after a 59-51 win over Inman on Monday.

Sacred Heart has been on an absolute tear as of late, winning their last 12 in a row. The team's last loss came on January 16th to 19-1 Little River.

The Knights will continue to lean on a veteran corps of seniors Jacob Gormley, Caleb Gilliland, Mason Richards and Kobe Douglas, as well as breakout junior star Alex Disberger, who have played exceptionally well down the back stretch of the season.

Hutch Trinity has put things together at the end of their season as well, winning six of the teams last seven en route to tonight's semi final.

The Celtics are led by senior guard Lucas Hammeke, who is capable of putting up big numbers seemingly at will, and will be a key focal point of the Sacred Heart defense tonight.

This game will take place at 8pm at Ell-Saline High School following the first semi-final matchup featuring 16-3 Hillsboro and 13-7 Moundridge.

The winners of the two games will meet for a shot at the state tournament on Saturday at 2pm.
