WICHITA, Kan. - Kansas Wesleyan's Addie Herrera has been selected as the KCAC Softball Pitcher of the Week for her efforts last week for the Coyotes.
Herrera was outstanding for the KWU Softball Coyotes in two games last week in the circle.
She tossed two complete-game shutouts, including a one-hitter against Southwestern. She scattered three hits in the win over York University. She struck out 12 along the way, including eight against Southwestern against only one walk. She finished the week with a 0.36 WHIP.
