A Saline County Most Wanted suspect was arrested at a parking lot in west Salina.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on Thursday morning, officers located a Most Wanted suspect from the January 2026 list.
Officers arrested Vernon Howard (49) without incident.
During the arrest, officers located Howard was in possession of a crack cocaine pipe.
Howard was booked into the Saline County Jail for the requested charges of:
Possession of narcotics, and Saline County District Court outstanding warrants for Bond Supervision Violation and Municipal Court warrant for Failure to appear
