VESPER TOWNSHIP -- If you love music from the '50s and '60s, mark Nov. 14 on your calendar for an event you don't want to miss. Not only will you hear some great music, but you will be helping a good cause.
Jimmy Dee and The Fabulous Destinations are scheduled to perform from 7-10 p.m., with dinner being served from 6-7 p.m. Nov. 14 in the Vesper Community Center, 1247 North 120th Road, in Vesper Township, Lincoln County.
Tickets are available at vespercc.org, and include dinner, dessert, and snacks, along with music from the Kansas Music Hall of
Fame cover band. Only 80 tickets will be sold.
Proceeds will benefit the Vesper Community Center.
