Holdan M. Hartman was born October 22, 1993, to Amy Brockelman and David Hartman. He took his life Tuesday, November 18, 2025, due to the failure of the justice system; a continued hindrance to his life instead of helping.
Holdan was a smart, funny, hard-working man who loved his family, his fur babies and wife dearly.
Some days you would find him tinkering on something in the garage or coming up with brilliant ideas. Some days just at the computer ‘nerding’ out. He loved his fur babies, so some days he just sat on the couch while loving on Shiloh, Elsa, Theo, Luna Bug and more recently Simon and Sadie.
He will be missed so terribly by his wife Erin; dad, David Hartman; mom, Amy (Butch) Brockelman; grandfather, Bruce Halpain Sr.; sister Anna (Andrew) Jones; niece and nephew, Abigail and AJ; brother, Andrue Halpain; sister, Miranda (Derek) Pistora; step brothers, Jacob and Steven Brockelman; Erin’s parents, Harold and Bonnie Wellmeier; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Evelyn and Mickey Hartman and grandmother, Anita Halpain.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the Ark Church, 2020 S. Ohio, Salina, KS 67401. The family kindly requests no flowers and ask that you plant a tree in memory of Holdan.
