Frank McMillin, Jr., 78, died August 28, 2020.&nbsp; He was born April 6, 1942 in Great Bend, Kansas, the son of Horace Frank, Sr. and Florence (Marsh) McMillin. Frank grew up in the Great Bend and Norton areas.&nbsp; He lived in Lubbock and Denver City, Texas where he met Zelma Wilson and they were married on October 4, 1974.&nbsp; They lived in Hobbs, New Mexico and Cedar Park, Texas where he owned and operated F&amp;Z Lawncare.&nbsp; Frank retired in 2005 and the couple moved to Wakefield.&nbsp; &nbsp;He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Danny McMillin and sisters Mildred Poe, Judy Shearer, Connie McGuire.

Daughter: Lisa and husband, Paul Miller of Austin, TX

Son: Lloyd and wife, Melissa Spray of Norman, OK

6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren

Sister: Patty Tomlinson of Clay Center, KS

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
