Saline County has announce the closing of a portion of Centennial Road beginning Tuesday.
Centennial Road from West Water Well Road to a half mile north will be closed to all traffic beginning Tuesday for road maintenance work.
Weather permitting, the roadway is anticipated to be opened by the end of the week on Sept. 12.
Motorists are advised to allow a few extra minutes of travel time to reach their destinations. Emergency traffic will be provided access to private property within the section of closed road at all times.
