Police are looking for the driver of a white box truck who stole a used air conditioning unit from a local heating and cooling business.
Sometime between 5 a.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday, someone stole a used air conditioning unit that was behind Waddle's, Inc., Heating & Cooling, 346 N. Ninth Street.
Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning that an unidentified man in a large white box truck with a Tommy lift on the back was seen on surveillance video backing up to the building and stealing the unit, which was valued at $1,500.
