On Monday, Oct. 23, Morgan Brothers Construction of La Crosse, Kansas, will begin repairing Republic Avenue just west of Ohio Street.
Portions of the pavement will be completely replaced. The road will be closed to traffic until the work is completed in three weeks, weather permitting.
The work is part of a $96,000 project, which is part of the City of Salina's $4.7 million 2023 street maintenance capital improvement program.
