Renee Dannelley Atwill was born on July 11 1956 in McPherson, Kansas to Donald and Dona (Pigg) Dannelley.
She graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1974. After attending Hutch JuCo, Renee went on to the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy, graduating in 1981. She was a pharmacist for 34 years, serving the communities of Salina and Lindsborg.
Renee married Don Atwill in 1989 in Salina, where they raised three children. Renee passed away in her home surrounded by family.
She was preceded in death by both parents.
She is survived by her husband Don; children Cameron, Morgan, and Kelsey; granddaughters Pax, Layla, and Alani; and a brother Shell (Luciana) of Texas.
Cremation has been chosen and a Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salina Emergency Aid Food Bank and the Salina Animal Shelter.
