A patron of a popular Salina hamburger restaurant was robbed of their bag of hamburgers on Sunday, according to the Salina Police Department.
Salina Police Sergeant Kyle Tonniges told Salina Post this morning that on October 15 at 2:40 p.m, officers were dispatched to Cozy Inn at 108 N 7th, for a reported robbery.
"An employee held a bag of sliders out the window for a customer when a man, allegedly grabbed the burgers from the employee's hands," Tonniges said.
Police were able to locate the suspect, who was identified as 35-year-old Aldo Steffen, of Salina.
Tonniges said Steffen was arrested on the requested charge for robbery.
