Ronald R. Mason, 78, passed away Monday, March 28, 2022, in Lincoln, KS. He was born May 20, 1943, in Lincoln Co. to Charles Mason and Vivian Jane (Beringer) Mason.
Ronald was a longtime resident of Lincoln where he worked over 45 years for the city of Lincoln, retiring as the city superintendent. He was a member of the Lincoln VFW Auxiliary and the Central Christian Church.
Ronald is survived by his daughters Stacey Scritchfield of Lincoln and Michelle Mason of Salina, KS; grandchildren Garrett Scritchfield and wife Kayla of Lindsborg, KS and Niccolette Sammons and husband Bryan of Manhattan, KS; great-grandchildren Maleah and Ava Scritchfield and Brylee and Cason Sammons; and stepbrother Don Long and wife Kathy of Courtland, KS.
He was preceded in death by his mother Vivian Jane Long and grandparents Beryl and Biggie Pa Wilbeck.
Visitation: 3-7 p.m., Friday, April 1, 2022, at Parsons Funeral Home – Hall Chapel, Lincoln with family present.
Graveside service: 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 2, 2022, at the Lincoln Cemetery.
