Smoky Hill Construction will work on Albert Avenue and Buckeye Avenue between South Ohio Street and Lewis Street beginning Wednesday, January 29.

Pavement will be removed, and a water main will be disconnected from service. Albert Avenue and Buckeye Avenue will be closed for traffic between South Ohio Street and Lewis Street. Access to adjacent properties will be maintained. 

Work is expected to last two weeks and be completed by February 12, 2025, weather permitting.

Appropriate barriers will be in place to ensure the safety of workers. Motorists may encounter minor delays and are encouraged to avoid work zones when possible
