Ida Marie (Meis) McGreevy, 87, of Salina, KS passed away May 23, 2023 with her loving family by her side.
Ida was born June 5, 1935 to Conrad and Matilda (Kuhn) Meis.
Throughout her career, Ida worked at the local Salina hospitals until her retirement after 40 years of service.
Ida was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John J. McGreevy; four brothers, Lawrence Meis, Gilbert Meis, Duane Meis, and Roy Dean Meis; three sisters, Delores Ludlow, Thelma Barnes, and Anna Wright; and one great-grandson, Johnathan.
Ida is survived by her two sons, Kirk (Jeanne) McGreevy and Craig (Cindi) McGreevy, of Salina; and one daughter, Kimberly (Randy) Radke, of Bennington; five grandchildren, Jason (Margie) McGreevy, Dusty (Stormie) McGreevy, Kyle (Krista) Radke, Whitney (Andrew) Radke, and Shawna (Kevin) Kronmiller; and four great-grandchildren, Mya McGreevy, Kaden Kronmiller, River Radke, and Phoenix Radke.
Per Ida’s request, there will be no services as cremation was chosen.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary’s Queen of the Universe Church for masses in memorial of Ida.
