N. Sharron Jader, 83, of Marquette, KS, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 13, 2021, surrounded by family at McPherson Hospital. She was a retired administrative assistant at Riverview Estates Nursing Home, Marquette.
Sharron was born on March 3, 1938, in Marquette, KS, the daughter of Kenneth Albin and Norma Grace (Crist) Erickson. She graduated from Marquette High School in 1956 and continued her education at Brown Mackie Business School, Salina.
On April 20, 1957, Sharron was united in marriage to P. David Jader in Marquette. He preceded her in death on August 28, 1998.
She was a member of Marquette United Methodist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include four children, Kathleen Wheeler (Rocky) of Hutchinson, KS, Sheila Jader of Marquette, KS, Deena Kelsey (Scott) of Hillsboro, KS, and Darrin Jader (Joēlle) of McPherson, KS; a brother, Donald Erickson (Rose) of Marquette, KS; eight grandchildren, Brian Jader (Micah), Kristi Sherrer (Matt), Jamie Akinrolabu (Yinka), Tiffany Wheeler, Carmen Hawk (Eric), Bethany Hajek (Alex), Natalie Jader, and Mallorie Jader; 13 great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son David Allen Jader, and great-granddaughter, Miah Sherrer.
The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2021, at Marquette United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Friday at the church. Burial will follow the service at Marquette Cemetery.
