A rollover accident occurred Saturday morning around 8:10 a.m. on Country Club Road, approximately a quarter mile east of Simpson Road in Saline County.

According to Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan, a red 2005 Ford Freestyle SUV was traveling westbound when the driver swerved to avoid an animal on the road. The vehicle crossed the roadway, struck a culvert, rolled over, and came to rest against a fence on the south side of the road.

The driver, identified as a 59-year-old of Enterprise, had no passengers in the vehicle with her at the time of the crash. The victim was transported by Salina EMS to Salina Regional Health Center for evaluation. While she reported shoulder pain, there were no serious injures.
