Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers®, a fast-casual restaurant concept, will open its second Salina location Sunday.
The new opening at 916 E. Crawford Street marks the brand’s first walk-up and drive-thru prototype without an indoor dining room.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony with Salina Area Chamber of Commerce is planned for Monday at 10 a.m. Nonprofit group, The Love, Chloe Foundation will receive 10 percent of all regular and large size frozen custard treat sales through Nov. 16.
“We’ve truly enjoyed being a part of the Salina community—serving fantastic food and frozen custard and also hosting fundraising nights for local schools and other non-profit organizations,” said Jason Ingermanson, franchise owner. “Our new location is a convenient option for on-the-go guests who will benefit from this prototype’s features. We look forward to serving guests in the eastern part of town with the same friendly service and great taste they’ve come to love at our Ninth Street location.”
The restaurant features a double drive-thru, a walk-up window and 38 seats on the patio. Mobile ordering through the Freddy’s app is also available.
