Despite the seasonable temperatures we are experiencing this holiday weekend across central, south central, and southeast Kansas, well above normal temperatures are highly favored to make a return by the middle and end of next week.
According to the National Weather Service in Wichita, early indications are that hot and muggy conditions will stick around for several days beginning on Wednesday and continuing through the next weekend.
