A unusually cold air mass will spread southward across the region for next week with possible frost and sub-freezing temperatures affecting much of the area, according to the National Weather Service.
Continue to monitor later weather forecasts if you have sensitive plants outdoors that could be impacted by these cold temperatures, the weather service cautioned.
