A Salina woman was involved in a single-vehicle wreck in southwest Saline County Wednesday morning.
Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan said this morning that the sheriff's office located the red 2010 Ford Focus in the 3300 block of Airport Road at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, however he also stated that the wreck probably occurred closer to 8 a.m.
Soldan said the vehicle had been heading northbound on Airport Road and did not stop at the cul de sac. The vehicle subsequently went over the embankment and through a chain link fence before coming to rest.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 21 year old Jordanne Lister, Salina. Lister was taken to to Salina Regional with multiple cuts and scrapes and a "decreased level of consciousness." Soldan noted that Lister's decreased consciousness could have been due to seizure, but no official cause for the accident has been identified at this time.
