Storms are expected to move into central Kansas late this evening and overnight, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Wichita.
This activity will track east-southeast.
The stronger storms will be capable of nickel size hail, 50 to 60 mph winds and high rainfall rates that may lead to localized flooding.
