ELLSWORTH COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 1:30p.m. Monday in Ellsworth County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Londa D. Sanderson, 69, Tulsa, Oklahoma, was southbound on Kansas Highway 14 at Kansas 156.
The driver ran the stop sign. An eastbound 2000 Kenworth semi driven by Nicholas G. Meng, 71, Cimarron, struck the Nissan.
EMS transported both drivers to the Ellsworth County Medical Center. They were both properly restrained, according to the KHP.
