A Salina man was accused of a domestic violence act and threatening to kill a woman.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on June 7 just after 9:00 pm, officers were dispatched to a home in northeast Salina for the report of a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, contact was made with an 18-year-old female, who had been staying there, but does not live there.
Reportedly, the disturbance involved Cire Poole (20) of Salina.
SPD's investigation determined that the two got into an argument and the female victim went into a room, where Poole followed, kicked down the door and threatened to kill her, according to SPD.
Moreover, SPD stated that rude physical contact was made to the victim.
Pooled was arrested on the scene and booked into the Saline County Jail in reference to Criminal threat, Domestic battery and Criminal damage to property.
