Wally L. Crawford, 65, died December 2, 2023, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. He was born September 27, 1958, in Camp Zama, Japan, to Roland W. and Iva Pauline (Riley) Crawford.&nbsp;

Wally graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Guam, and attended Kansas State University, studying computer engineering. He was employed for the City of Hutchinson as an equipment operator. &nbsp;Wally loved his motorcycle, fishing, and being an outdoorsman. He also enjoyed tinkering in his garage including woodworking and leather work.&nbsp;

On May 15, 2021, he married Saundra M. (Dreher) Sander, in Hutchinson.

Wally is survived by: wife Saundra Sander-Crawford of Hutchinson; son, Preston (Angela) Crawford of Salina; stepson, Irwin (Nichole) Sander of Haven, and Joshua (Brenna) Sander of Hutchinson, and numerous grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; brother, Dana Crawford; and sister, Neva Crawford.

Cremation has taken place. In respect of Wally’s wishes no service will be held.&nbsp;

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Hospice House, Hutchinson, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
