On Wednesday, November 8th, Smoky Hill, LLC of Salina plans the following changes to City of Salina roads.
⦁ Having completed the concrete repairs on the inside lanes of the intersection of Magnolia and Ohio in four weeks, repair work will begin on the outside lanes. Speed limits will continue to be 20 mph through the intersection for the safety of the construction crews and motorists. Motorists should continue to expect significant delays and avoid the intersection altogether if possible.
⦁ Closed on October 23rd, Republic east of Centennial will be reopened to traffic.
⦁ Marietta east of Broadway will be closed for repairs which are expected to take two to three weeks.
The work is part of a $510,000 project, which is part of the City of Salina’s $4.7 million 2023 street maintenance capital improvement program.
