Coyotes' Main named KCAC Special Teams Player of Week

Kansas Wesleyan's Aaron Main (SR/Tulsa, Okla.) has been selected as the KCAC Football Special Teams Player of the Week for his effort's in Saturday's game for the Coyotes.

Main was a key component in KWU's 62-0 win over Tabor on Saturday at JRI Stadium.

He was a perfect 8-of-8 on point-after attempts, and added two field goals for the Coyotes. He connected on a 47-, and a 51-yard field goal for the Coyotes.

The 51-yard field goal tied the school record for longest field goal made set in 2011 by Terry Stecker.

Main scored 14 points for the Coyotes in the game.

KWU is on the road on Saturday, taking a 6-2 record into Ottawa to take on the Braves at 1 p.m. at AdventHealth Field.
