SALINA, KAN. - Driver beware. Progress means traffic snarls from time to time.
Beginning Wednesday, October 28, 2026, Mies Construction will install traffic control and close Plum Dr east of Willow Dr. Pavement will be removed to replace the water main east of the intersection. Access to Willow Dr from Plum Dr will be prohibited. Work is expected to last two weeks and be completed by November 11, 2026, weather permitting.
Appropriate barriers will be in place to ensure the safety of workers. Motorists may encounter minor delays and are encouraged to avoid work zones when possible.
