A Saline County Sheriff's Deputy was involved in a two-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon, according to Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan.&nbsp;

Soldan told Salina Post the accident, which involved a Saline County Sheriff's Office vehicle, occurred at the intersection of Broadway Avenue and State Street at approximately 2 p.m.&nbsp;

"The deputy had minor injuries and the other driver was transported to the hospital [SRHC]," Soldan said. "Both vehicles were disabled."

Soldan said the accident is being investigated by Kansas Highway Patrol.
