A Salina man was accused of committing unlawful sexual acts on a woman.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on July 17 at 9:00 pm, a 29-year-old female reported a male known associate contacted her via phone and requested she bring him a pack of cigarettes.
The man was reportedly in a garage he was not supposed to be in, which was near downtown Salina.
The woman then arrived and entered the garage. The man then closed the garage door and forcibly tried to undress her, while touching the woman inappropriately.
She was able to leave and contacted 9-1-1.
Officers arrived to the area and arrested Anthony Robles (35) of Salina.
Robles was booked into the Saline County Jail for Aggravated sexual battery, Criminal restraint and Criminal trespass
