Police are looking for the persons who stole a $4,000 spray paint machine from the back of a pickup in downtown Salina.
Jason Maas, 48, of Salina, told police that sometime between 12:30-2:15 p.m. Tuesday, someone stole a Titan 10-40 spray paint machine from the back of his Ford F150 while it was parked in the 200 block of S. Fourth Street, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning. Maas was doing some painting in the area.
The spray paint machine was red and had "10-40" in white on it. It also had a 100-foot hose on it. Maas told police that the machine was heavy enough that it would take at least two people to lift it out of the pickup, Forrester said. It was valued at $4,000.
