The Lady Knights roll past the Lady Cyclones 55-9, as the Knights win the Classic and defeat Bishop Ward 67-43.
Girls: Sacred Heart 55 Bishop Ward 9
The Lady Knights roll past Bishop Ward in the final game of the Irish Classic. The Lady Knights found themselves locked in and help the Lady Cyclones scoreless midway through the second quarter.
The Lady Knights were leading 27-0 at the end of the first quarter. The starters took a seat in the 1st half, and the bench had 11 points, leading 42-4 at half.
The Lady Knights would extend their lead and stretch it out with a running clock in the third, 50-7 at the end of the third.
The Lady Knights forced 28 turnovers and were victorious 55-9.
The Lady Knights were led in scoring by Skylar Douglas she finished with 15.
Sacred Heart moves to 3-2 on the season and look on to Tuesday as they will travel to take on Berean Academy.
Boys: Sacred Heart 67 Bishop Ward 43
The Knights found themselves locked in on defensive in the first only allowing 7, the Knights would lead 22-7 at the end of the first. 4 triples went down for the Knights in the second to be leading at intermission 34-17.
The Knights come out of the half turning it over 5 times but Noah Hines contributes with 11 and the Knights expand the lead 56-32.
Sacred Heart wouldn’t let off and defeat Bishop Ward 67-43 to win the 2025 Irish Classic.
Sacred Heart were led in scoring by Will Tuttle(16), Noah Hines(14), Dom Matteuci(11)
The Cyclones were led by Quintayvion Pike he finished with 13.
The Knights remain perfect at 4-0 and look towards Tuesday as they travel to Berean Academy.
