
When one pulls into the east parking lot at Tony's Pizza Events Center, there's now no doubt about where to find the Great Plains Manufacturing Convention Hall.
A crew from Luminous Neon in Hutchinson today was installing a large Great Plains Manufacturing Convention Hall sign.
In January, the City of Salina announced a 10-year, $500,000 agreement with longtime local Salina business Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc., a subsidiary of Kubota. A part of that agreement was to name the former Heritage Hall the Great Plains Manufacturing Convention Hall.
The hall is approximately 18,000 square feet and is used as a multi-purpose room within the facility to host conventions, private events, and meetings.
