Dorothy Meyer of Herington passed away on Sunday August 30. She was born
on July 12, 1926 in Herington to Conrad and Mary(Bernhart) Spady. She is
preceded by her parents, two brothers and her husband John G. Meyer. She
is survived by her two daughters, Karen (Donald) Wilmore of Branson, Mo.,
and Peggy (Jerry) Chapman of Pittsburg, Ks. and one son James Meyer of
Parsons, Ks., three grandchildren, Eve (Tim) Jones, Jeremy (Christen)
Chapman and Jonie (Danner) Naff and one great grandson Jeffery Johnson
Chapman. No services are planned at this time. Memorials may be made to a
charity of your choice. The family would like to thank all those who
showed her kindness during her years in Herington.
