UPDATE: Jack Rex Mildfelt's sister told Salina Post this evening that family members and a friend are offering a $4,000 reward to whoever finds her brother.

The Salina Police Department is seeking assistance in locating Jack Rex Mildfelt.

Mildfelt was reported missing today and was last seen in Salina on the afternoon of Sept. 3.

Mildfelt, a 52-year-old white male, is&nbsp;6 feet tall, weighs 190 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He was&nbsp;last seen in his white 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe with Kansas tag 119ECF.
