Irma R. Broils Martin
March 13, 1943 ~ June 11, 2024

Papillion, NE - Irma R. Broils Martin, third daughter of Karl E. Broils and Neoma (Naomi) Kibble Broils was born March 13, 1943, at Salina Regional Medical Center, formerly Asbury Hospital. She attended Dunbar and Whittier Elementary Schools, Roosevelt/Lincoln Jr. High, and graduated from Salina High School. She was employed by Tony’s Pizza and Windsor Estates as a dietary Supervisor. She married Johnnie Martin Sept. 17, 1985. Holding various offices, she was a devoted and faithful lifelong member of Allen Chapel AME Church, Salina, KS. Irma enjoyed doing ceramics and crocheting Afghans for family and friends and having fun with and spoiling her nieces and nephews. She collected pigs of all shapes, colors and sizes. Oh yes! shopping in Korea, how could we forget that.

Proceeding her in death are her father, mother, and sister, Anita Kay Scott. Irma leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Johnnie Martin, sister, Arlene Broils Glenn (George Glenn Sr,) Topeka, KS, brother in laws, Bobbie (Gail) Macon, Ga, Charles (Stella) KCKS, Jimmy, KCMO, sister in laws, Marie Giles, KCMO, Marva Dean Martin, Newton, KS, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 21, 2024, in the Living Hope Bible Methodist Church, 1021 W. Ash, Salina, KS. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery, Council Grove, KS.
