By SALINA POST Multiple Salina Fire Department crews responded to a grass fire at approximately 5:15 p.m. Monday.&nbsp;

The flames were quickly extinguished. The direct cause of the fire is unknown.

Salina Fire Department Battalion Chief Kirk Stover reminds residents to properly dispose of cigarettes instead of throwing them next to the road.
