James (Jamey) Robert Schallock

James (Jamey) Robert Schallock, 51, of Overbrook, KS died Friday, February, 9, 2024 at his home. He was born November 10, 1972 in Frankfort, Germany the son of Terry Schallock and Sondra (Hayes) Gustin. He attended Overbook Grade School and graduated from the Santa Fe Trail High School with the Class of 1990.
Jamey was united in marriage to Amy Gunnells in September 2002, they later divorced.
Jamey loved to cheer on his favorite team, the Raiders. He also loved his puppy Diamond.
Mr. Schallock was preceded in death by his stepfather, Dale R. Gustin, brother, Brian K. Schallock; and father, Terry Schallock.
Surviving family includes his mother, Sondra Gustin, Overbrook, KS; son, Draven (Abby) Schallock, Oak Grove, MO; two step daughters, Lindsey Ramos (Matt), Topeka, Andrianna Dai (Toby), Wichita; two grandchildren, Myra Ramos and Lian Dai.
A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Overbrook Bible Church. Inurnment will follow at Valley Brook Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Overbrook Bible Church Memorial Fund and may be sent in c/o the Lamb-Roberts-Price Funeral Home, P.O. Box 268, Overbrook, KS 66524.
