City of Salina&nbsp; Beginning&nbsp;Tuesday, the City of Salina Public Works Department will be replacing&nbsp;a section&nbsp;of pavement&nbsp;that is cracked and&nbsp;heaved&nbsp;in the north bound lane&nbsp;of South Ninth Street, south of Otto Avenue. &nbsp;The roadway will remain open but traffic&nbsp;will&nbsp;<a></a>be slowed down and&nbsp;detoured around the construction. We&nbsp;encourage&nbsp;motorists&nbsp;to use caution when traveling in the active work area.&nbsp;

Weather permitting, repairs are expected to be completed within&nbsp;three&nbsp;to&nbsp;four&nbsp;days.
