A local man is out approximately $2,800 after someone stole multiple items from his central Salina residence over the weekend.
The 57-year-old man told police that when he returned Sunday from a weekend trip, he found his bedroom in disarray, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning. Items taken included a shotgun, two rifles, fishing gear, and a two-piece German-made pool cue.
The burglary occurred in the 400 block of S. 12th Street.
Total loss was estimated at approximately $2,800.
There were no signs of forced entry, Forrester said.
