Dean E. “Bubby” Fullerton, age 68, of Mankato, KS entered into rest on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at the Republic County Hospital. He was born on May 6, 1952 in Concordia, KS to William and Ruby (Hancock) Fullerton
Dean was a graduate of Mankato High School Class of 1970. He then entered the National Guards from 1970 to 1975. He later then worked at Thompson Oil Company where he was a local Fuel truck driver until his retirement.
Dean was a member of the DAV – Disabled American Veterans.
In his younger years, Dean enjoyed touring different historical sights and being outdoors and camping.
He is survived by his 2 brothers, Roy Fullerton (Joyce), Superior, NE; Dave Fullerton, Mankato and 6 sisters, Phyllis Olmstead, Emporia; Norma Eitzmann, Superior, NE; Yvonne Blair, Superior, NE; Joyce McElroy, Ulysses; Claudine Fullerton, Superior, NE; and Brenda Moser, Hugoton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ruby; brothers LaVern and Donald; sisters Bernice and Neva; and 4 infant brothers and 1 infant sister.
Graveside Memorial Service for Dean will be held at a later date at Pleasant View Cemetery in Montrose, KS
