BROOKVILLE – Charles F. Pillar, 89, passed away Friday, September 2, 2022. He was born in Norwich, Connecticut to George and Anna (Kosapod) Pillar.
Charles proudly served in the Air Force during the Korean War. Later he was a truck driver for Hess Oil Company.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife Virginia in 2007.
He is survived by a son, Chuck Pillar of New London, Connecticut; and two siblings.
