Widespread rain and scattered thunderstorms on this Memorial Day will give way to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms by Tuesday and Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.
Temperatures will start off some 10 to 20 degrees below normal, but begin to warm a bit by mid-week.
