The Salina City Commission will hold its regular meeting on Monday March 9, 2026. The meeting will begin at 4:00 pm inside Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street.

Consent agenda
1. Consider approval of the February 23, 2026, regular meeting minutes.
2. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Roadway Asset Services for a pavement condition survey and pavement maintenance plan in an amount not to exceed $89,809.00.
3. Consider approval of Resolution 26-8339 to awarding the KDOT Magnolia Trail project and committing to matching City funds.
Administration
1. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreements for the purchase of Vehicles and Equipment approved under the 2026 Sub-CIP.
2. Consider authorizing a Change Order in the amount of $32,966 to upgrade interior cabinets in the previously authorized 2026 remounted ambulance.
Development Business
1. Consider approval of Resolution No. 26-8338 amending the Moderate Income Housing (MIH) grant agreement between Kansas Housing Resource Corporation and the City regarding South View Estates, LLC.

1. Request for Executive Session - Attorney/Client Privilege
1a. Move the City Commission recess into executive session for __ minutes to discuss the subject of legal considerations related to the City animal shelter with legal counsel based upon the need for consultation with an attorney for the public body which would be deemed privileged in the attorney-client relationship pursuant to K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(2).
