By SALINA POST Salina Police Department (SPD) officers responded to a vehicle accident near the intersection of Ninth and Cloud Streets earlier this afternoon. On Monday, August 19 at 12:40 p.m. officers were dispatched to the area of Ninth Street near Kraft Manor for a two-vehicle crash in the southbound lanes.&nbsp; The fender bender crash resulted in no injuries. Traffic was limited to one lane during the noon hour.&nbsp;
