KHP personnel assisted 1,117 motorists over the holiday reporting period

The Kansas Highway Patrol is releasing its Thanksgiving Weekend Holiday Activity Report. The reporting period for the holiday ran from 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, November 26.

The Kansas Highway Patrol worked one fatal crash over the holiday reporting period. The fatal crash occurred in Jefferson County. Preliminary crash log information can be found here: https://www.kansas.gov/khp-crashlogs/search.do.

Information in the table is compared to the data from both 2021 and 2022.
