The next Emergency Food Assistance Program commodities distribution is set for July 21.
The drive-through distribution, hosted by Sunrise Presbyterian Church, is scheduled for 9-10:30 a.m. July 21 at the 4-H Building in Kenwood Park. Participants are required to wear a face mask.
Items to be distributed include frozen pork loin, canned pork, pork patties, peanut butter, frozen peeled shrimp, frozen whole eggs, canned chicken, frozen chicken fillets, tortillas, butter, dried cranberries, frozen fish sticks, corn cereal, and apple sauce.
Those participating also are required to bring a Saline County Photo ID and proof of income. If you are picking commodities up for someone you will need a photo ID and written authorization from that person.
