CONCORDIA -- The Cloud County Community College Athletic department has formed an agreement with SIDEARM Sports, LLC to become the exclusive athletics website provider of the Cloud County Athletic Department.
The partnership, which will become official on Monday, will see www.cloudtbirds.com, Cloud County's athletic website transition from its current provider in Presto Sports over to SIDEARM as CCCC will become just the 72nd NJCAA-related website to be operated on the SIDEARM Sports platform. Currently, four other Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference schools are partners with SIDEARM Sports, with Dodge City, Hesston, Highland, and Neosho having their athletic websites operated on the SIDEARM Sports Platform.
The new, fully responsive site will make for easy navigation across a multitude of platforms, enabling fans to take the T-Birds with them on their mobile device or tablet as well as the traditional desktop. Fans will also notice new design features and updates throughout the new platform including a new look for landing pages, rosters, schedules, and statistics to provide comprehensive coverage of all Cloud County student-athletes.
Fans will still have access to all content and archived materials currently on www.cloudtbirds.com once the transition takes place, and will also have access to new features that will be made available on the new website as the T-Bird athletic department is able to implement them.
With the transition of website providers taking place between Sunday night and Monday morning, fans should expect some "brief" down time for the athletics website as the SIDEARM Sports platform begins operation of www.cloudtbirds.com. Fans can get updates as to the status of the new website by following @CCCCSports on Twitter and by Liking Cloud County Athletics on Facebook as the department will be providing updates on Monday morning to let fans know when the transition is complete.
