Carla Dee (Malir) Hutson, 59, of Olathe, KS joined her Lord in heaven on April 9, 2021 due to a recent diagnosis of cancer. She was born March 3, 1962 in Wichita, KS to Larry and JoAnn (Gwinn) Malir.
Carla was a huge KC Chiefs and all-star wrestling fan.
Carla is survived by her sons Andy R. Hutson of Wichita and Jason M. Hutson of Broken Arrow, OK; and sister Kathy Dilley of Liberty, MO and family. She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at Heritage Avonlea in Olathe, especially her favorite nurse, Rachel Gagnon. You made her feel special and loved. We would also like to thank Encompass Hospice. We appreciated your care and compassion.
Graveside memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Ellsworth Cemetery. Carla will be buried in the Malir family plot.
