The Salina City Commission will hold its regular meeting on September 23, 2024. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. and will take place in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street. CONSENT AGENDA
(4.1) Approve the minutes of the meeting of September 9, 2024.
(4.2) Approve Resolution No. 24-8243 appointing members of the Planning Commission to serve on the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Heritage Commission.
(4.3) Approve Resolution No. 24-8236 authorizing the Mayor to sign a Second Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding among the City of Salina, Saline County, and Central Kansas Mental Health Center relating to the Mental Health Co-Responder Program.
(4.4) Authorize an amendment to the 2024 Sub-CIP and advertise bids for the replacement of Public Works Loader Unit #127 in 2024.
ADMINISTRATION
(5.1) Authorize the Director of Utilities to enter into a Water Connection Agreement between the City of Salina and Grant M. Wilcox to provide water service to a property located at 370 East Avenue A, South Industrial Area, Saline County, Kansas.
(5.2) Approve Ordinance Number 24-11220 amending Chapter 38, Article I of the City of Salina Code by adopting the 2024 Standard Traffic Ordinance for Kansas Cities published by the League of Kansas Municipalities.
(5.3) Approve Ordinance Number 24-11221 amending Chapter 25, Article I of the City of Salina Code by adopting the 2024 Uniform Public Offense Code for Kansas Cities published by the League of Kansas Municipalities and repealing existing section 25-1.
