CIF announces full 2022 schedule for league and Liberty

On Monday the Champions Indoor Football League announced its revised, 16-week, 48-game regular-season schedule, including all 11 games for the Salina Liberty.

The Liberty will kick off their season out east on March 19th as the Topeka Tropics make their CIF debut at home.

The team will then return to Salina for a pair of home games, taking on the Beef in a championship rematch on March 27th and getting their one non-league game in against the Arlington Longhorns on April 2nd

Salina will travel to Billings on April 10th before returning to the Tony's Pizza Events Center for another home matchup featuring Sioux City on April 16th.

After a week off the Liberty will remain at home to face another new squad in the Rapid City Marshalls on April 30th, before staying put to face the Billings Outlaws on May 7th.

Salina will once again face a gauntlet down the stretch, playing three of their final four games on the road.

The trek begins with a trip to Omaha on May 14th followed by a trip to Sioux City on May 21st.

The Liberty will play their final home game against the Tropics on May 28th before closing out their regular season on June 4th at the Southwest Kansas Storm.
